Shipping & Delivery
We ship premium halal meats directly to your door anywhere in the United States!
Boxed Halal is a family owned business located in Chicago, IL.
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated for you at checkout based upon your exact location and the weight of your order.
Unfortunately, we are not offering free shipping at this time.
We ship via FedEx and they do not deliver on Sunday.
Orders that are typically placed Monday-Thursday will be sent out within the next 3 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday.
Typical processing and transit times are as follows (Excludes Weekends):
Direct Chicagoland: 1-2 Business Days
Midwest: 3-4 Business Days
East Coast: 5-7 Business Days
West Coast: 5-7 Business Days
South: 4-6 Business Days
We send fresh and/or frozen products, so time is of the essence. When you receive your order, refrigerate or freeze immediately. Please cook your meat as soon as possible.
We ship in boxes lined with insulation that include refrigerant gel packs. For longer distances, we have a higher rated insulation which will extend that travel period to cover the time required.
In almost all cases, the box will be left at the front door of your residence. However, we recommend scheduling delivery for when you are home to ensure the meat stays fresh.
We package our meat individually by type in freezer sealed bags to prevent freezer burn. Each package is labeled and visible through its seal and shipped in a cardboard box with a liner and dry ice.
Our skilled team carefully packages your items and places them inside an insulated box. This box is also equipped with heavy duty ice packs that are carefully calculated for optimal shipping temperatures. Our products can travel safely for several days without compromising your health or safety. Once our trusted shipping partners have received your package they will contact you with a tracking number using the contact method provided at check-out. Please monitor tracking to ensure your shipment is received as indicated.

Yes, all Boxed Halal products are USDA certified.
Our animals are humanely raised in free-range environments without the use of antibiotics, chemicals or hormones. At this time we cannot guarantee with 100% certainty that the grains used for feeding are completely organic.
At Boxed Halal, we pride ourselves on providing only the highest quality meats that have been expertly handled. We only source our proteins from producers that practice responsible and sustainable husbandry.
Our animals are grass fed, grain finished and raised without the use of growth hormones or antibiotics.

Boxed Halal is unable to accept EBT payments at this time. We currently accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Android Pay and Boxed Halal Gift Cards.
Yes! We understand that many families are experiencing limited options for halal meat during this crisis period. At Boxed Halal, we are taking every precaution necessary to continue to provide our services for you and your family.
Due to current events, we are experiencing a high volume of orders. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate specific requests at this time. Please view each product listing for detailed information on packaging.
Payment
Boxed Halal accepts the following payment methods: All major credit cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. At this time EBT is not accepted
After you place your order on Boxed Halal, you will receive an order confirmation email reiterating order details including products ordered, shipping address, and order total. Your chosen payment method will be charged after your order is submitted.
If you have already contacted our Customer Support team regarding a return for a refund, your Customer Support representative will inform you when your refund has been submitted. Please allow a few business days from that date for your refund to be reflected in your account.
Boxed Halal is required to charge sales tax for orders for the state of Illinois. All other states will not be charged sales tax.
