Once your order has been processed and an order number has been issued, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. If you cancel your subscription while an order is already pending, that order will still be processed and shipped. Your cancellation will take effect beginning with the next billing cycle.

Refunds & Replacements
Refunds are only issued in cases of products that are damaged, lost, or missing. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at hello@boxedhalal.com within 48 hours of delivery. We are happy to work with you to resolve the matter, which may include:

  • A product replacement

  • Store credit toward your next order

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis.

Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their order and receipt before finalizing their purchase. If any changes are needed, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
