In the event of any material changes, including price increases or modification/removal of promotional offers:

• Customers will be notified via email, SMS, or account notification

• Changes will apply to future billing cycles only

• Customers will have the opportunity to modify, skip, or cancel their subscription prior to the next billing date

Promotional offers, including but not limited to “$100 off first 3 boxes,” are:

• Limited-time offers

• Subject to change or discontinuation at any time

• Not guaranteed beyond the terms communicated at signup unless otherwise stated

We are not obligated to retroactively apply previous pricing or promotional terms once changes have been communicated and take effect.

Continued use of the subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing and terms.
