1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in a subscription, you expressly consent to these Terms, including recurring billing, pricing updates, and promotional changes.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

All products, services, pricing, and availability displayed on the Website are subject to change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue products or Services
  • Limit quantities purchased
  • Refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion

We do not guarantee product availability and are not liable for out-of-stock items or discontinued products.


3. Subscription Services

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

  • Recurring billing based on your selected plan and delivery frequency
  • Automatic renewal unless you skip, modify, or cancel prior to your next billing date
  • Responsibility for managing your subscription through your account

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for all subscription orders.

Failure to cancel prior to billing will result in the next order being processed and charged.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing, subscription rates, product offerings, shipping fees, and associated charges at any time due to:

Customer Rights

No Retroactive Adjustments

We are not obligated to honor previous pricing or promotions once changes take effect.

Continued use of Services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised pricing and terms.


5. Promotions, Discounts & Offers

All promotional offers, including but not limited to “$100 off your first 3 boxes,” are:

  • Limited-time and subject to change or discontinuation at any time
  • Valid only under the terms presented at signup
  • Non-transferable and non-retroactive

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate promotions without notice.

Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.


6. Payment Terms & Authorization

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors including PayPal and Stripe.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method
  • All payment information is accurate and complete
  • Charges will be honored by your financial institution

You agree to pay all charges incurred, including taxes and fees.

Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Improper chargebacks may result in account suspension or legal action.


7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Order confirmations do not constitute acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or reject orders
  • Limit quantities
  • Cancel orders at any time

If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a refund.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processed.


8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Orders are shipped via third-party carriers, including FedEx.

Transfer of Responsibility

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon transfer to the carrier.

Carrier Responsibility

We are not liable for:

  • Delays
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delivery errors by carriers

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Monitor tracking information
  • Ensure timely receipt
  • Inspect products upon delivery before consumption

Failure to promptly retrieve or properly store perishable goods is at your own risk.

Claims

Shipping or product issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


9. Perishable Goods Disclaimer

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • All sales are final
  • Returns are not accepted
  • Orders cannot be modified once processed

You assume responsibility for proper storage and handling upon delivery.
