After I Complete My Order Online, How Long Will It Take To Reach Me?

We ship via FedEx and they do not deliver on Sunday.

Orders that are typically placed Monday-Thursday will be sent out within the next 3 business days. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday.

Typical processing and transit times are as follows (Excludes Weekends):
Direct Chicagoland: 1-2 Business Days
Midwest: 3-4 Business Days
East Coast: 5-7 Business Days
West Coast: 5-7 Business Days
South: 4-6 Business Days

We send fresh and/or frozen products, so time is of the essence. When you receive your order, refrigerate or freeze immediately. Please cook your meat as soon as possible.

We ship in boxes lined with insulation that include refrigerant gel packs. For longer distances, we have a higher rated insulation which will extend that travel period to cover the time required.

Do I Need To Be Home To Receive My Delivery?

In almost all cases, the box will be left at the front door of your residence. However, we recommend scheduling delivery for when you are home to ensure the meat stays fresh.

How Is The Meat Packaged?

We package our meat individually by type in freezer sealed bags to prevent freezer burn. Each package is labeled and visible through its seal and shipped in a cardboard box with a liner and dry ice.

Ma'sha'Allah there meat and products are very good quality and the shipping is Impeccable, when my products arrive they are carefully packaged and cold from the amazing cooling packs they place in the box to keep the product frozen.

Seasoned well, tender

Since this is already cooked, the chicken is really tender and comes apart easily. It's seasoned very well and you can tell it's actually been properly smoked (instead of just adding smoke seasoning to it.) It tastes great on tacos. I think the flavor profile would be a bit too strong for a salad so I didn't try making a salad from it, but man is this good! Definitely getting more next time just because of the quality!

I'm impressed by this pepperoni. It's seasoned well and tastes great on things it usually goes on like pizza. I did make a sandwich out of it a couple times but I prefer it on pizza.
